It’s not a conference. It’s not a classroom. It’s a confidential forum where real-world leadership challenges meet time-tested tools, peer wisdom, and experienced facilitation.
The Leader’s Roundtable is a yearlong, cohort-based leadership development experience for senior executives. Designed and led by Bell Leadership’s expert trainers, the program brings together a small group of accomplished leaders from a wide range of industries to engage in deep, honest dialogue about the most important—and most difficult—aspects of leadership
In sessions spaced across the year, participants engage in a process of learning, applying, reflecting, and growing—both personally and professionally.
The Leader’s Roundtable is designed for senior leaders and rising high-potential executives who are navigating the complex realities of leadership. Whether you are currently leading a division, guiding a team through transformation, or preparing for a broader role, this program gives you the tools, insight, and peer support to elevate your impact.
Participants come from a range of industries and functions, but they share a common goal: to become exceptional leaders who drive results, build strong teams, and grow themselves in the process.

Reflections From The Leader’s Roundtable Alumni
Challenge: Stepping into a Senior Leadership position while transitioning our company from one generation to the next. This has required a lot of planning, tact, and utilization of the core competencies in the Achiever Model.
Insight: Regardless of a company’s scope, people are people, and capable leadership is necessary for the success of any organization. The Roundtable really helped me see that once you enter senior leadership, your job has way more to do with people and systems than with any technical ability that a person may possess from their time in the industry. The rest of the leaders at the Roundtable experience similar challenges and opportunities as me, even though the type of work we do is very different. The Roundtable became the place I went to with the relief of knowing I would be listened to, encouraged, challenged, and ultimately strengthened as a leader.
“LRT was a big deal for me – it really solidified my understanding of what my responsibilities are as a leader and inspired me to always continue improving.”
PATRICK RYAN
President, Ryan Inc. Mining
Managing Partner, The Ryan Companies
Challenges: There have been too many challenges to count, but through each one, I’ve consistently drawn on Bell’s lesson on “how to fail”: recognize, admit, fix, learn, forget – and move on to the next play. It’s a reminder to study your mistakes without getting stuck in them. Mistakes happen (often, for me!) and at Weisiger Group, we’re working hard to build a culture where we “catch and correct,” remaining open to change and continuously looking to do things better next time.
Insight: Don’t ever get too busy to look outward and learn. One of the most enduring lessons to me was to stay curious—seek out new people, ideas, and perspectives. Be a learning machine—take the chance to learn from every person you meet. Ask questions, study your environment, embrace feedback and advice that pushes you, and learn from those doing things differently. Growth comes from staying open and uncomfortable.
AMANDA CORNELSON
President, Weisiger Group (Carolina CAT & LiftOne)

Insight: The Roundtable really emphasized to me how important it is to understand the headspace of people you are leading through change and some basic techniques to stay tuned in.
“The time with folks from other industries helped me come up with approaches to problems that I probably wouldn’t have known about had I not attended.”
BRIAN SARTAIN
Chief Operating Officer, Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing
The Leader’s Roundtable Experience
What makes The Roundtable so powerful isn’t just the content—it’s the experience. The Leader’s Roundtable creates a space for senior leaders to step out of the daily rush and into an environment designed for focus, reflection, growth, and connection.
Each Leader’s Roundtable session follows a deliberate structure that combines preparation, focused in-person learning, and post-session reflection:
- Before Each Session: You’ll receive prework aligned with the upcoming theme— short reading, reflection prompts, or self-assessments—to help focus your thinking and connect with the session’s content.
- During the Session: Over two in-person days, you’ll engage in facilitated discussion, case studies, partner and group work, and hands-on application using Bell’s proven leadership tools.
- After the Session: You may receive brief follow-up exercises or reflection assignments to reinforce the learning and support implementation in your real work environment.
Roundtable participants receive ongoing access to the Bell team, with periodic check-ins to support their leadership progress throughout the year.
Each session focused on one of six essential leadership themes - areas that drive the performance, teambuilding and long-term success of great leaders.
