Participants complete a targeted pre-program assignment, analyzing the successes, difficulties, strengths, and weaknesses of their current change techniques for use in creating a “baseline” metric for future change. The in-person program is a hands-on, highly-engaging experience that includes interactive small group discussions and daily take-home assignments to reinforce concepts.
