Whether you are an executive in a corporate boardroom, a manager on the factory floor or an athlete on the playing field, Dana brings a unique set of skills and years of experience to help you reach the next level of your personal and professional effectiveness. She has lived on three continents, studied five languages, taught life skills and provided psychological supports to refugees in Egypt and the U.S., earned a Ph.D. and license in psychology and coached a soccer team of 11-year-old girls with a newborn in tow. Dana has published and presented internationally on women and work-life balance, counseled retired NFL players on transitioning to life beyond football and helped teenagers and older adults alike write creative memoirs about their experience.
As a mother of four, grandmother, host Mom of exchange students, published author, triathlete, Boston Marathoner and Board President, Dana applies the lessons learned from multiple life roles and her advanced studies in the brain, behavioral and health sciences to her coaching.
