Insights Study

We are excited to present the findings from our most recent research project, the 2024 Building Leaders Insights Study. The study delved into the most pressing challenges and potential opportunities facing leaders and organizations today. With almost 300 responses to the survey, our clients provided us with a rich data set that illuminates the current state of leadership skill development from the unique perspective of individuals who partner with Bell Leadership Institute.

Although the research indicates there is critical work to be done in helping leaders develop the skills they and their organizations need to meet future challenges, it was rewarding to see that the client respondents overall felt supported in their development by their organizations. It is clear that the businesses that invest in their people will be best positioned to meet whatever challenge the future brings.
