This fully immersive, three-day learning experience unlocks the self-awareness that delivers results. Through Achievers, individuals cultivate their “Self IQ,” gaining insights into their strengths and areas for improvement. What To Expect

Achievers™ is not a typical leadership program; expect to go deeper – deeper knowledge, deeper connection, and deeper impact. During Achievers, participants enjoy a hands-on, highly engaging experience that includes interactive small group discussions, daily take-home assignments to reinforce concepts, and the opportunity for one-on-one coaching. The program utilizes two unique tools to provide a foundation for understanding essential leadership skills and the results of different leadership styles:

  • The Bell Leadership Achiever Model™ is a framework for approaching leadership based on the personality patterns and behaviors of the world’s best and worst leaders. Founded on 50+ years of research, the model equips leaders with the ability to identify effective and ineffective leadership approaches by understanding the underlying motivations and impacts produced.
  • The Bell Personality Profile™ provides a 360-degree assessment of an individual’s personality and leadership style across eight dimensions of leadership. Each leader’s unique profile captures personal insights that help them uncover keys to their own effectiveness.

Program Experience
This Bell Leadership flagship program receives high marks from clients when it comes to the level of engagement and interaction that takes place. Participants enjoy a hands-on, interactive, deep-learning experience that includes:

  • Live facilitation
  • Interactive small group discussions
  • Daily homework assignments to reinforce concepts
  • Bell Leadership team support

Prepare:  in advance of the seminar, participants complete the Bell Personality Profile, a 360-degree survey where they will request confidential feedback from those that know them well (i.e., colleagues, family members, friends). A personalized Bell Personality Profile will be shared with each participant during the program to provide personal and practical insights for how to improve their leadership and management style.

Engage:

  • Make Connections. Building relationships is paramount to great leadership. This program creates an engaging environment for peers to connect and learn from each other. They will enhance their skills by interacting with other leaders and receive in-the-moment coaching from Bell Leadership team members.
  • Increase Self IQ. Great leaders know themselves extremely well. During the program, participants are encouraged to discover the core of who they are and why they behave the way they do. This deep self-learning creates a lasting effect.
  • Have Fun. People commit to what they enjoy. For more than 50 years, Bell Leadership believes that “fun” promotes learning and builds happier and more productive leaders.
  • Receive Feedback. Honest feedback improves self-awareness. Not only does the Bell Personality Profile reveal how you view yourself, but how others perceive you. Within the framework of the Achiever Model™, participants will gain a greater understanding of their leadership style as compared to the best leaders in the world.
  • Drive Results. By the conclusion of the program, participants will develop an actionable plan to build their leadership skills and enhance their personal effectiveness.
  • Stay Committed. Participants are invited to join a live virtual follow-up session to solidify action plans and ask questions that have surfaced after digesting the program. Regular post-program check-ins help Achievers graduates retain learnings and stay committed to growth.
