The Complete Achievers Package
Great leaders know themselves extremely well. The Achievers program helps you (and leaders at all levels) gain a deep understanding of yourself, your strengths and weaknesses and your motivations. By building your Self IQ, you will learn to lead like the best in a way that is congruent with who you are. Your experience and action steps will be uniquely customized based on your Bell Personality Profile (360 survey) results.
Continued support and engagement to carry out your action plan.
With your Achievers Coaching Package, you will work one-on-one with a Bell Leadership Achievers Coach and have the opportunity to discuss best practices and test out ways to build the core behaviors you identified in Achievers and methods to reduce your extremes. Achievers II will take you further by expanding upon the essential skills and behaviors required to achieve great results through working with and leading others. As you build your People IQ, you will learn how to manage the most challenging situations and how to work, influence, lead, establish relationships with and learn from the different personality types you interact with daily. Achievers II also provides the option to delve deeper into your Achievers program Bell Personality Profile (360 survey results) or benchmark those results to measure changes since your last assessment.
