Parents often don’t think of themselves as ‘leaders’ of their families, even though leading a family is one of the most challenging jobs you can have. How do we encourage our children to develop the proper foundation to lead productive, meaningful and fulfilling lives?

What To Expect
Participants will complete a pre-work assignment that begins the process of thinking deeply about their attitudes towards money and their goals in raising children. Throughout the one-day, highly interactive program, partners and family members will spend time working together, as well as sharing ideas and learning from other program participants. Bell Leadership trainers and facilitators will be available to help guide participants to deeper level communications.
