Based on decades of consultation with families and organizations, Bell Leadership provides you with specific principles and techniques to build a family with productive and loving individuals.
Parents often don’t think of themselves as ‘leaders’ of their families, even though leading a family is one of the most challenging jobs you can have. How do we encourage our children to develop the proper foundation to lead productive, meaningful and fulfilling lives?
Learn to instill a healthy work ethic, create open communication and build a sense of self-respect. You will also learn what not to do, avoiding the likelihood of raising children with a sense of entitlement, a false identity or an inability to solve problems. In addition, you will learn how to develop your relationship with your significant other, so that building your family together becomes an effective and meaningful partnership.

What To Expect
Participants will complete a pre-work assignment that begins the process of thinking deeply about their attitudes towards money and their goals in raising children. Throughout the one-day, highly interactive program, partners and family members will spend time working together, as well as sharing ideas and learning from other program participants. Bell Leadership trainers and facilitators will be available to help guide participants to deeper level communications.
