Before the program, participants complete The Leader’s Job Survey, obtaining confidential 360-degree feedback from their associates. The survey provides insight into a participants leadership patterns across the 10 leadership roles. This in-person program is a hands-on, highly engaging experience that includes interactive small group discussions and daily take-home assignments to reinforce concepts.
